⚡️Возбуждено уголовное дело по факту убийства мужчины на западе Москвы
Следственными органами Главного следственного управления Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по городу Москве возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство), ст. 222 УК РФ (незаконное хранение и ношение огнестрельного орудия и боеприпасов к нему).
По данным следствия, 6 июня 2024 года на участке местности, расположенном на улице Алексея Свиридова обнаружено тело мужчины с признаками насильственной смерти в виде не менее 6 огнестрельных ранений.
❗️В настоящее время следователи и криминалисты столичного СК работают на месте происшествия, изучаются записи с камер видеонаблюдения, допрашиваются очевидцы произошедшего.
