Скорее всего, это СИЗО-1 Тулы, которое находится в соседнем доме с ИК-2. Но мы не уверены. Возможно это сама ИК-2 Тулы. Они обе в центре города — ул. Мориса Тореза, д. 11, у одного корпус А, у другого Б. Это всё равно так далеко от нас, что мы пока не разобрались.
Есть ли кто-то в Туле, кто мог бы привезти передачу (желательно большую) и попытаться её сдать в СИЗО или ИК? Или хотя бы спросить в бюро передач этого фсин-анклава, в каком из учреждений числится Слава.
