В средствах массовой информации опубликовано обращение к главе ведомства жительницы Тюменской области по вопросу установления обстоятельств смерти ее отца в медицинском учреждении Тобольска. Женщина полагает, что это могло наступить в результате ненадлежащего оказания ему помощи. Также она считает, что расследование приобрело затяжной характер.
Следственными органами СК России по Тюменской области по данному факту расследуется уголовное дело по ч.2 ст. 109 УК РФ, в рамках которого проводится комплекс судебно-медицинских экспертиз.
По поручению главы ведомства руководителем СУ по Тюменской области Кубляковым А.А. будет представлен доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и по доводам обращения.
