Следователями Железнодорожного межрайонного следственного отдела СУ СК России по Ульяновской области завершено расследование в отношении трех молодых людей, один из которых несовершеннолетний, по обвинению в вымогательстве (ч.2 ст.163 УК РФ).
Проведенным расследованием установлено, что 25 ноября 2024 года трое обвиняемых, одному из которых было 14 лет, на остановке общественного транспорта у поселка им.Карамзина города Ульяновска совершили вымогательство в отношении ранее незнакомого молодого человека. Под угрозой избиения телескопической дубинкой и применения в отношении потерпевшего перцового балончика, обвиняемые потребовали у него денежные средства. Опасаясь угроз со стороны обвиняемых, потерпевший проследовал вместе с ними к банкомату, где снял и передал злоумышленникам 60 тысяч рублей.
В ходе следствия денежные средства были изъяты у обвиняемых следователем Следственного комитета России и возвращены потерпевшему.
