The Southern Federal District Military Court have found him guilty of burning a Z-banner, and throwing a “symbolic” Molotov cocktail at the stone steps of the Krasnodar FSB building.
The sentence specifies that Paskar will spend the first three years in prison, and then the remaining five and a half in a strict-regime colony.

In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
