Как сообщается, в городских округах Чехов, Подольск и Серпухов за год территориальный отдел рассмотрел 15 тыс. обращений жителей. Из них 11 тыс. были связаны с нарушениями жилищного и лицензионного законодательства, а 2,3 тыс. касались сфер благоустройства и обращения с отходами. В ведомстве подчеркнули, что все жалобы жильцов были рассмотрены в установленные сроки.
