~ 300 грамм сметаны жирностью 10% (многовато, можно было бы и 200)
~ сок одного большого невялого лимона
~ 4 чайные ложки средней горчицы (не "русской", а типа "дижонской", но приготовленной в России, то есть острее, чем принято в Западной Европе; горчица без круглых семян, перетёрта до состояния равномерного крема)
~ можно с чёрным хлебом
Изначально ставилась цель избежать вульгарного привкуса варёной колбасы, будь она мясная или веганская, этот привкус всё очень портит. Ну а потом, в процессе покупки ингредиентов я обратился за удалённой помощью друга (подруги). И прислушался.
Получилось вкусно, вкуснее обычного. На 4/6/8 - не знаю, сколько порций. Ну, объемся теперь ))
