🇷🇺 Госдума приняла законопроект, который позволит исключить талибов из списка террористов

Ее председатель Вячеслав Володин постановил, что проект по внесению изменений в ст. 24 №35-ФЗ «О противодействии терроризму» от 06.03.2006 принят в первом чтении и направляется Президенту, Правительству, Совету Федерации, а также комитетам, комиссиям и фракциям Госдумы. Этот законопроект содержит механизм временной приостановки запрета деятельности организаций, признанных террористическими - если установлено, что она больше не занимается подобной деятельностью.

МИД «Талибана»* поприветствовал этот шаг и считает, что он устранит препятствия для развития двусторонних отношений с Россией.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
