Согласно протоколу торгов, компания «Константа», связанная с девелопером Coldy, признана победителем аукциона на право КРТ по адресу: Дмитровском шоссе, вл. 62/5
При стартовой цене в 30,5 млн рублей компания согласилась заплатить 251,4 млн рублей.
На участке площадью 1,98 га девелопер сможет построить 159 770 м² общественно-деловой недвижимости, из которой 27 410 м² — гостиничный комплекс емкостью не менее 250 номеров.
Напомню, что к торгам не была допущена фирма «ВИСТИ» принадлежая бывшему топ-менеджеру «Росбилдинга».
