Осужденным за педофилию заключенным, покончившим с собой в исправительной колонии № 2 Екатеринбурга, оказался бывший депутат Байкаловского сельского поселения Владимир Барыкин.
70-летний Барыкин должен был отбывать наказание в колонии в Тавдинском городском округе, но из-за ухудшения самочувствия его отвезли в медико-санитарную часть ИК-2 в Екатеринбурге.
11 февраля Ирбитский районный суд за изнасилование несовершеннолетних, в том числе лица, не достигшего 14 лет, назначил Барыкину наказание в виде 18 лет лишения свободы.
