Эксперты вычислили, какая доля семей может позволить себе арендовать квартиру и при этом осуществлять необходимые повседневные расходы. Предполагалось, что в семье двое взрослых и двое детей. 70% средств, оставшихся после вычета из семейного бюджета прожиточных минимумов, семья тратит на аренду жилья, 30% - на прочие расходы.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
