Деловой центр представляет собой башню переменной этажности — от 18 до 27 этажей и высотой 100 метров. Всего в проекте 227 офисов и 9 торговых помещений.

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Скотопрогонная улица, вл. 31А

Ввод в эксплуатацию обещают в 2027 году.
