Власти столицы оценивают градостроительный потенциал для развития территории в Наставническом переулке.

Под анализ попала территория площадью около 0,8 гектара по адресу: Наставнический переулок, вл. 11-15.

Сейчас участок занят базой коммунальщиков и 4-этажным административным зданием, построенным в 1909 году.

На части этого участка планировалось построить вторую очередь жилого комплекса Royal House on Yauza, но строительство так и не началось.

Можно предположить, что в итоге эта территория будет включена в программу комплексного развития.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
