🩻Анамнез: падение с высоты 3 этажа (кататравма) после употребления мухоморов 🍄.
📋Диагноз: неосложненный (нет повреждения невральных структур), нестабильный (требует стабилизации конструкцией), компрессионный («сплющивание» позвонка) перелом тела L1 (первого поясничного) позвонка.
💉Выполнена операция: транскутанная (через кожу с минимальными разрезами), транпедикулярная (через задние части позвонков - основание дужек) фиксация титановыми винтами со стержнями.
Операция выполняется «вслепую», только под рентгенконтролем и тактильным ощущениям.
👍🏻 Исход: благоприятный, раны зажили первичным натяжением, швы сняты, пациент вернётся к привычному образу жизни.
⚠️ Вывод: не злоупотребляйте психотропными препаратами!

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
