Чтобы избежать ухудшения самочувствия жителям советуют не выходить в это время на улицу.
Принимая меры по ограничению передвижения жителей указанных районов, администрация края забывает, что бороться надо с причиной, а не следствием критического загрязнения воздуха. В отчётах о принятых мерах не указывается о формах и методах борьбы с этих причиной загрязнений.
