الكاتب فيما يكتب إنّما يعبّر عن قلق تثيره فيه حواسه الخارجيّة والباطنية من أوضاع بعينها، وعن شوق إلى التخلّص من ذلك القلق ، ويأتي الناقد ليعبّر عن القلق الذي يثيره فيه عمل الكاتب ، وعن شوق إلى الإنعتاق من ذلك القلق ، وإذ ذاك فعمل الناقد هو نقد النقد، وهو مدين به لعمل الكاتب فلولا الكاتب لما كان الناقد،ولا يصحّ العكس وذلك هو الفارق الأوّل والأهم بين الإثنين .

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
