Новый комплекс построили практически с нуля на базе бывшего санатория, открытие состоялось совсем недавно, в октябре. Центр находится в лесном массиве в экологически чистом районе города, недалеко от крупнейших медицинских объектов.

Одним из преимуществ нового медицинского учреждения является его мультипликативный формат. Здесь все работает в режиме «единого окна»: родители в одном месте могут получить медицинскую и консультативную помощь, пройти медосвидетельствование ребёнка, а дети будут одновременно и обучаться в школе, и оздоравливаться.
