Следственный отдел по Железнодорожному району города Хабаровска 24 мая 2024 года по результатам обращения в интересах Агашиной Е.С, содержавшее доводы, в том числе о нарушении прав учащихся в МАОУ «Лицей «Звездный» г. Хабаровска, приступил к процессуальной проверке по признакам преступления, предусмотренного Ч.1 ст.293 УК РФ /халатность/.
В настоящее время проводятся следственные и процессуальные действия по установлению всех обстоятельств произошедшего.
