В последнее время как-то чаще стали обращаться по поводу продажи вторички (вы что, наконец-то удумали в новые классные квартиры переехать?)

Поэтому решили по-братски сделать акцию до конца февраля, чтобы вам было еще выгоднее с нами продавать и покупать

Акция: «Скидка 1% с комиссии за продажу или покупку вторички»

Было:
4% за продажу
3% за покупку

Стало:
3% за продажу
2% за покупку

Важно: в течение февраля надо не продать или купить, а обратиться к нам и подписать договор. Время есть, но рекомендую не оттягивать до последнего
