Как пишет канал «Оркестр Вагнера», базу контролирует «Африканский корпус», состоящий из бывших бойцов ЧВК и подчиняющийся Минобороны РФ. Они действуют в Буркина-Фасо, Ливии, Мали, ЦАР и Нигере.
