За зиму мы планируем утвердить требования, тот самый дизайн-код разработать, который сегодня упоминался. И начнем очень жестко двигаться в направлении стандартизации», - отметил Павел Малков.
Главное, губернатор наконец-то обнаружил самую основную проблему региона и выбрал наиболее удачное время для ее решения. Ведь все остальное может и подождать.
