на скільки це нормально ловити себе на внутрішній паніці коли я торкаюсь чогось жирного? це буквально може бути все що завгодно, шкіра обличчя, тарілка погано помита, крема, тощо, я не можу все дійшло до того що я вмиваюсь і мию руки разів 5 на день не враховуючи те коли їх треба мити 😭
