Билет, для примера, обошелся мне в 2300», — утверждает пассажир.
По словам пассажира, объяснять причины, по которым он должен оплачивать ручную кладь, не превышающую габариты, сотрудники авиакомпании Utair на камеру отказались. «Еще с нескольких человек на моем рейсе требовали доплату», — добавил он.
