Ещё один памятник архитектуры, на ремонт крыши которого управлением государственной охраны объектов культурного наследия Самарской области согласован проект - «Дом жилой», расположенный по адресу: проспект Кирова, 42/ улица Физкультурная, 115.

⚒️ Как и на предыдущем объекте, сороковом доме по улице Кирова, здесь предусмотрено проведение комплекса работ по капитальному ремонту чердачных помещений, стропил, кровельного покрытия.

🏛 Строительство дома завершилось в 1948 году. Трёхэтажное здание, выполненное в стиле советского неоклассицизма, состоит из одиннадцати секций. В застройке улицы Кирова отличительной особенностью этого памятника является круглый в плане ризалит на углу с улицей Физкультурной, а также большая протяжённость здания и его сложное очертание.
