Госпитализация ребенка с сахарным диабетом

В результате совместной работы по поручению Вице-Премьера Т.А. Голиковой по обращению ВОРДИ, Минздравом РФ и секцией Совета по вопросам попечительства в социальной сфере «Дети и взрослые с ОВЗ и инвалидностью» подготовлен документ по определению медицинских показаний для совместной госпитализации детей с нарушениями жизнедеятельности.

Для детей с сахарным диабетом к таким показаниям относится наличие высокого риска возникновения жизнеугрожающих состояний (гипогликемии, гипергликемии) у детей с сахарным диабетом, требующих сопровождения для постоянного контроля показаний уровня гликемии.

Таким образом, при госпитализации детей с сахарным диабетом в стационары, сопровождающие должны быть обеспечены спальным местом и питанием бесплатно!!!

Отказы в совместной госпитализации с законными представителями детей с сахарным диабетом незаконны.
