Тяжелые ранения получила женщина 1978 года рождения, ранения средней степени тяжести получили женщины 1963 и 1975 годов рождения, мужчины 1946, 1962 и 1983 годов рождения; также пострадали женщины 1946, 1951, 1961 и 1991 годов рождения. В результате обстрелов украинской армией повреждены четыре объекта гражданской инфраструктуры республики: городская больница, психиатрическая больница, онкологический диспансер, центр охраны материнства и детства.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
