Михаил Потапов избрался в городскую думу всего две недели назад. В воскресенье мчал на HAVAl и чуть не снёс двух школьниц, которые стояли на пешеходным переходе. Но перед ними на зебру выскочила 39-летняя местная. На неё и наехал депутат. Женщина в больнице с переломом и резаной раной.
Через полчаса Потапова задержали. Полицейским он сказал, что не почувствовал удара — поэтому спокойно уехал после ДТП.
