◽️ Географически Ближний Восток очень важен, но мы ещё недавно не могли предвидеть, что регион будет находиться на вершине мировой повестки.
◽️ Что будет дальше — предвидеть трудно. Неожиданность — это главная ассоциация с Ближним Востоком.
◽️ Дружественность российского и сирийского народа имеют под собой прочную историческую основу. Что будет в Сирии в переходный период? Пока мы предсказать не можем.
◽️ Сирия — очень важное государство. Какое место оно будет занимать на мировой арене?

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
