Непростой путь становления прошла республика, многое преодолела, с достоинством пережила трудные и переломные времена и, благодаря неустанному труду жителей и единству народов, смогла добиться немалых успехов. Мы все очень гордимся, верим в большое будущее Мордовии и делаем всё возможное, чтобы она развивалась и процветала, чтобы людям здесь было комфортно и безопасно жить, работать, растить детей. У нас много планов, и я уверен, мы все их обязательно реализуем. Вместе!

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
