В Мещанский суд Москвы поступили материалы дела экс-начальника управления информатизации и связи Управление делами президента (УДП) Виталии Надраги. В окончательной редакции ему предъявлены обвинения по статьям УК РФ 285 (злоупотребление полномочиями) и 159 (хищение путем мошенничества).
По версии следствия, в рамках государственного контракта № УД-666д, заключенного по решению Надраги, было похищено свыше 35 млн рублей. Речь идет о контракте на разработку программного обеспечения для нужд УДП. Виталий Надрага служил в ФСО, а в 2012 году перешел в УДП, где со временем стал начальником управления информатизации и связи УДП. Уволился Надрага в 2019 году, вскоре на него было возбуждено дело.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
