Постановлениями Савёловского суда арестованы Генеральный директор ФГУП «Главное управление специального строительства» Министерства обороны России и его подельники. Решение о заключении под стражу принято в отношении Молодченко Александра Алесеевича, Мальцева Ивана Николаевича, Сундукова Евгения Александровича. Они подозреваются в хищениях путем мошенничества.

В отношении Павловой Ольги Николаевны избрана мера пресечения в виде домашнего ареста.

По версии следствия, подозреваемые в совершении преступления - Молодченко и иные лица при выполнении государственных контрактов ввели в заблуждение должностных лиц Министерства обороны России.
