❕По следам чиновника Крекера суд сегодня вынес приговор и сотрудникам "Метростроя Северной Столицы".
Так, условный срок и штрафы получили граждане Гуслинский, Лазарев и Григоренко.
◼️Напомним, чиновник Дирекции транспортного строительства по фамилии Крекер получил от вышеупомянутых господ взятку в виде фиктивного трудоустройства "мёртвой души" в "Метрострой", за которую он несколько лет получал "зарплату".
Взятка полагалась за "попустительство по службе, выраженное в лояльном отношении при производстве приемки работ им и не создании искусственных условий, препятствующих своевременной приемке работ".
Попросту говоря - чтобы чиновник без придирок принимал работы на строящемся участке метрополитена от "Спасской" до "Горного Института" через "Театральную".
◼️В отличие от "уехавшего" на 6 лет в колонию чиновника Крекера, реальный срок никто из вышеупомянутой троицы не получил.
Гуслинскому дали 8 лет условно и штраф в 2,7 млн, а двое других просто были оштрафованы на 2 млн рублей каждый.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
