😉 Сообщается, что закрытый паевой инвестиционный фонд «Фостерс» под управлением УК «ЭйЭмЭс», которая управляет частью активов девелопера ГКФСК, закрыла сделку по покупке у «Химки Бизнес Парк» 10 га земли в подмосковных Химках рядом с одноименным деловым центром. По данным Росреестра, сделка была закрыта 24 декабря.
😉 Ранее участком владела IKEA, которая в 2008 году построила на нем 2 офисных здания из 6 планируемых, но из-за судебных тяжб и иных факторов шведы отказались от планов строительства следующих очередей бизнес парка. Летом 2023 года IKEA продала «Химки Бизнес Парк», где располагалась штаб-квартира компании, фирме «КЛС-Химки», которой владеют Григорий Саакян и Аркадий Даниелян.

In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
