В понедельник 8 ноября Московский суд Бреста в лице судьи Татьяны Лавренюк приговорил Николая Яромского к 2 годам "химии" (ограничение свободы с направлением в ИУОТ). Гособвинение представлял Андрей Манько.
Преступление, по версии следствия и обвинения, Николай совершил так: в июне 2020 опубликовал "оскорбительный" комментарий в отношении Александра Лукашенко. Это признали подходящим под часть1 статьи 368 УК.
14 октября 2021 года Николая поместили под стражу. До суда он просидел в СИЗО-7. После провозглашения приговора мужчину отпустили.
А телефон Яромского, согласно приговору суда, будет обращен в доход государства как "орудие совершения преступления".

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
