В понедельник и вторник Брестоблсуд рассматривал дело против программиста Леонида Райчёнка. Мужчине 36 лет, был задержан при прохождении границы весной, помещён под стражу.
Ему поставили в вину 2 доната в пользу беларуских добровольцев, воюющих за Украину. Общая сумма донатов — 550$
Прокурор Геннадий Бурый за это запросил 6 лет колонии общего режима, судья Вера Филоник именно столько и назначила.
Мужчину дома ждет семья, двое несовершеннолетних детей.
