После принятия закона еще около пяти миллионов российских семей получат право на материнский капитал. Напомним, с 1 февраля размер маткапитала был вновь проиндексирован: выплата составила 690 тысяч рублей на первого ребенка и еще почти 222 тысячи рублей — на второго. Если же семья не получила сертификат на первого ребенка, при рождении второго ей полагается 912 тысяч рублей.
