Минфин специально завышает оценку исполнения краевого бюджета за 2024 год, чтобы остатки денежных средств за 2024 год не перешли в бюджет 2025 года.

Судите сами, на 1 ноября 2024 года исполнение бюджета 142,6 млрд руб. Минфин оценивает, что в конце года эта сумма превратится в 189 млрд. То есть за 2 месяца Минфин планирует потратить ещё 32,5% от того, что потратил за 10 месяцев.
