Согласно законопроекту, за продажу энергетиков детям и подросткам вводятся штрафы:
▪️для физических лиц — в размере 30–50 тыс. руб., ▪️для должностных лиц — 100–200 тыс. руб., ▪️для юридических лиц — 300–500 тыс. руб.
В августе в России приняли закон о запрете продавать энергетические напитки детям, но в нем не были прописаны штрафы.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
