Парламент Молдовы назначил Еуджена Карпова председателем Совета директоров Национального агентства по регулированию в энергетике (НАРЭ). Его кандидатуру поддержали 55 депутатов.
Новый глава НАРЭ имеет юридическое образование и с 2019 года занимает должность директора агентства.
Ранее Карпов состоял в рядах ЛДПМ, после чего вместе с Юрием Лянкэ и другими однопартийцами создал новую Европейскую народную партию Молдовы, которая немногим позже примкнула к Демократической партии Владимира Плахотнюка.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
