1. Кабачок трем на крупной терке, немного отжимаем. Смешиваем с другими ингредиентами и выпекаем вафли. 2. Обжариваем на сковороде лук, грибы, специи. В конце добавляем шпинат. 3. Отвариваем яйцо-пашот. В кружку наливаем кипяток из чайника, немного соли, уксуса - все перемешали. Аккуратно разбиваем туда яйцо и на 1-1,5 минуты в микроволновку. 4. Все красиво сервируем и можно уплетать
