Состав:
🔴Печень (у меня говяжья) ~ 60-70гр 🔴Огурец свежий - 1 короткоплодный 🔴Лук - 1/4 средней луковицы 🔴Морковь - 1/2 средней моркови 🔴Яйцо 🔴Греческий йогурт - 1 ст.л
Способ приготовления:
1️⃣Готовим печень. Для детей постарше можно нарезать палочками обжарить и тушить для готовности, для тех кто не сможет прожевать палочками я рекомендую пробить печень блендером и приготовить ее на пару
2️⃣Морковь мелко трем, лук мелко режем и обжариваем до золотистого цвета
3️⃣Огурец трем на мелкой терке/нарезаем палочками для детей постарше. Отжимаем если сока очень много.
4️⃣Яйцо отвариваем, затем чистим и режем на мелкие кусочки или трем на терке
5️⃣Смешиваем все ингредиенты и добавляем греческий йогурт

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
