Крупнейший архитектурный фестиваль России «Зодчество» стал площадкой для презентации концепции благоустройства левобережного Тутаева. Ее разработал ярославский Проектный институт.
Концепция включает в себя многоуровневую набережную, зоны для рекреации, детские площадки и места для проведения ярмарок и фестивалей.
Левобережный Тутаев очень хорош летом, неслучайно в теплые месяцы столичная творческая интеллигенция любит отдыхать здесь вместе с семьями, однако все остальное время года жизнь тут не так проста. Подобные проекты действительно нужны, осталось найти финансирование, и тогда перемены к лучшему заметят не только туристы и гости, но и жители Романовской стороны Тутаева. Они этого давно заслуживают.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
