На наш взгляд необходимо предусмотреть возможность строительства за счет бизнеса социальных объектов- школ, детсадов, спортивных объектов, с дальнейшей передачей их в собственность муниципалитетов или региона. В свою очередь, бизнес сможет получить налоговые послабления на сумму, не более вложенных на строительство затрат.

Это позволит создавать в населенных пунктах достойные условия жизни для людей, благодаря которым им не придется уезжать из них в поисках более комфортной среды.
