В центральных районах особый режим планируют ввести 5 мая, но в зависимости от ситуации, сроки могут измениться. На период действия особого режима запрещается использовать открытый огонь в населенных пунктах и садовых участках, а также разводить костры в лесах. За нарушения правил пожарной безопасности предусмотрены административные штрафы, которые увеличиваются вдвое.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
