آشنایی با استاندارد ICB4: در این دوره، مروری بر استاندارد ICB4 داشتیم که مخفف Individual Competency Baseline 4 است و در فارسی به آن «مبنای شایستگی فردی» می‌گویند. این استاندارد توسط انجمن بین‌المللی مدیریت پروژه (IPMA) ارائه شده است. IPMA یکی از قدیمی‌ترین و معتبرترین انجمن‌های مدیریت پروژه در دنیاست و انجمن مدیریت پروژه ایران نیز به عنوان یکی از زیرمجموعه‌های آن فعالیت می‌کند.
در این کارگاه که به منظور توانمندسازی متقاضیان مسابقه NIeCCO2025 برنامه‌ریزی شده بود به تشریح مهارت‌ها و رویکردهای توسعه سازمانی و ارزیابی تعالی پرداخته شد.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
