Поселок Еленовка входит в городской округ Докучаевск, шефство над которым Якутия взяла в начале 2024 года. Силами нашей республики здесь восстанавливается Дом культуры.
К началу декабря здесь запущено тепло, электрики и сантехники обустраивают коммуникации. Снесена часть стен и демонтированы старые деревянные перегородки, что позволило обустроить новые помещения: просторный зал для хореографии и два зала для кружков. Уже в следующем году артисты и зрители смогут оценить новые кресла и сцену. Кроме того, жители Еленовки получат возможность смотреть фильмы после установки якутского кинопроектора «Экстра синема».
