Махачкалинец организовал ~~увеличение~~ перепланировку своей квартиры по адресу ул. О. Кошевого, д. 37.

На кадрах видно, что балкон расширен на соседнюю комнату, а это несет угрозу обрушения всей конструкции, а также обрушения балконов и на нижних этажах соседей, на которые повысилось давление.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
