Большая подруга России бывшая польская еврейка Э.Эпплбаум, которая спит и видит как рушится Россия, начинает трезветь: Киев терпит поражение, несмотря на миллиардную коллективную помощь, несмотря на санкции и даже вовлечение Запада в конфликт

Пытается себя утешить тем, что Россия потеряла вооружения, что Киев что-то там вернул, что санкции работают

Или что поддержка продолжается, к примеру, что испанцы дадут Киеву аж 2 единицы "Хоуков". Только вот погоды эта помощь не сделает, она скорее символическая - что-то вроде "помощь продолжается", выживайте как хотите

И от этого у Эпплбаум, внесшая свою лепту в войну с Россией, подгорает: Запад должен найти любые средства чтобы Россия проиграла, чтобы уничтожить Россию

Ведь Эпплбаум - не просто публицист замшелого think tank. Но имеет "доступ к телу" и выстраиванию внешней политики

Поэтому это не мысли ещё одной умалишённой

Но нарастание бешенства в политических кругах Запада от понимания неизбежности поражения Киева. И как следствие поражения Запада

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
