46-летний мужчина и его 61-летний сообщник-медвежатник вскрыли сейф и украли 5 наручных часов общей стоимостью 36,1 млн тенге, следует из приговора Межрайонного суда по уголовным делам Астаны.
Самые дорогие – Breguet Classique Grande Complication, оценены в 22,3 млн тенге. Злоумышленники продали их на шымкентском рынке за 800 тысяч тенге.
В ходе расследования потерпевшему вернули деньги и все часы, кроме проданных и разобранных Breguet Classique Grande Complication. От них остался только механизм стоимостью в 1,1 млн тенге.
Медвежатника суд приговорил к 5,5 годам лишения свободы. Его "коллегу" – к 2 годам.
Осужденные остались должны потерпевшему 21,2 млн тенге.
