На сайте петербургского Заксобрания появился проект о регламентации перевозок несовершеннолетних пассажиров такси. Депутаты от «Единой России» Алексей Цивилев и Андрей Рябоконь предложили запретить взимать дополнительную плату за перевозку детей, в том числе с использованием детских кресел.
Инициатива предусматривает изменение федерального закона о перевозках пассажиров и багажа легковым такси. В его текст предлагают ввести требования об обязательном наличии одного детского кресла в такой машине, а также о запрете установления отдельных тарифов или повышенной платы за перевозку детей в сопровождении взрослых, в том числе с использованием детских кресел.
В пояснительной записке к проекту отмечается, что дети до 12 лет могут ездить в автомобилях только в детских креслах. Авторы приходят к выводу, что наличие подобного приспособления в машинах с юными пассажирами «такая же обязанность владельца, как и наличие медицинской аптечки, огнетушителя либо знака аварийной остановки».

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
